1.5 Construction Sequence

1. Construction of cassion foundation first



2. Slope stable enough for building pile cap and cassion heads, then soil removed and site formation started.



3. After completion of pile cap, the layer of structs are constructed to support pipe pile which acted as retaining wall for the site.



4. Stage 2 site formation followed until reaching determined bulk excavation limit.
