5. Roof Details

5.1 Roof Plan ( scale 1:200 )

All the services and mechincal devices are put on the roof level, including the A/C chiller, A/C pump, lift machine, P.A.U. room and also the water tank. On the right hand side and upper part of the plan, where most of the mechincal devices are located, there exists an obvious level difference ( 104.175-103.975=0.2m ) which acts as a water stop to stop rain water from penetrating into the rooms and cause damage.
