6.8 Finish of Ceiling

There are three types of ceiling finishes in the T.T.T. Building including gypsum board, acoustic tiles and metal ceiling plate. For all the lift lobbies which regard as the smoke lobbies, metal ceiling plates are used in order to have a higher Fire Resisting Period. gypsum boards are used in the 3/F entrance lobby which is part of the gallery, while the tiles are employed in the offices and lecture room.
