The architect adopts a low-rise design using natural finished building materials in construction which aims at showcasing the environmental principles and convey the message of environmental conservation to the general public as well as echoes with the adjacent wetland.
The use of native plant species and native animals' sculptures in landscape design also provide a natural setting for the adjacent wetland.
