NOTICE: In memory of Mr. LAM Hong Nam 林康南

With great sadness the Department has learned that our dear colleague Mr. H. N. Lam passed away on 11 August 2022. HN joined HKU in 1987 and retired in 2013 as Associate Professor. HN led the development of our BEng(BSE) programme, which was commenced in 2001-2002 academic year, and has served as the Programme Director for the MSc(BSE) and BEng(BSE) programmes.
Funeral service will be held at Hong Kong Baptist Church, No. 50 Caine Road, Mid-Levels, Hong Kong on 3 September 2022 (Sat) at 11am to be followed by cremation at Cape Collinson Crematorium.
