Thermal Comfort

It is noted that Site Staff in the Green Site Office feel more comfortable than the engineers in the neighbor CED office as the green roof provide cooling effect on the indoor environment. The skylight provides natural lighting which contributes comfort to the occupants.

Visual Comfort

The penetration of daylight through the skylight provides occupants with very comfortable natural lighting and visual comfort.

Indoor air quality

The open design of the office provides very good ventilation condition to the air-conditioning system which works pretty well to provide sound indoor aid quality.

Acoustic quality

The canopy layer of green roof provides a good sound insulation which reduces the noise produced during heavy rainy days. Site staff could work in a very silence and comfortable environment under the protection of the green roof.
