Building Form

The south curving facade increase surface area for natural light transmission, in addition, the curved facade is a reflection of the programme within the tower - the mid-level zone mainly accommodates office while the lower and the upper zone are restaurants. With this design, large floor plates are facilitated for the offices in the mid-level zone while leisure zones with more areas facing windows occupy the smaller floors where the facade curves inward.

Standard ceiling heights in the building are 2800mm on office floors, inclined ceilings rise as they reach the windows, which gain extra height thus strengthening spatial effect.
