An approach in the design of the overall development is to create a park-like setting with a relaxed, interactive and pleasant working environment. Buildings in Phase 1 are low-rise, and coordinated to give a coherent appearance while at the same time allow individual identities on the site.

The floor plans of the Buildings in Phase 1 are specially design to permit flexibility of subdivision of space planning which allowed the buildings to be divided for a wide range of tenant mix.
