    Module Aim(s): The module aims to provide students opportunity to perform a detailed and in-depth design as the role of building services engineer in a design team with consideration of installation, testing and commissioning, measurement and verification as well as operation and maintenance in the dimensions of technical justifications, environmental awareness and economic justifications.  It also provides students opportunity to cooperate and communicate with teammates.
    Objectives: On completion of this Module, students are expected to be able to:
    1. deliver the intended qualities into the indoor space to facilitate a safe, healthy and comfortable accommodation for indoor users who are performing the intended activities according to the business plan proposal of the building project;
    2. develop design calculations, drawings/sketches, select building services system/equipment based on design data, design decisions and other related information and requirements;
    3. plan and organise integrated system design tasks;
    4. develop personal, technical and managerial skills by taking full responsibility for the building services systems designs in a selected building;  
    5. promote the project ideas of the building design logically; and
    6. cooperate and communicate with teammates to in a clear and concise manner through written reports, drawings and oral presentation.
