To conserve water, wash-hand basin, water taps and urinals are all operated by infra-red sensor control.

For plants, a computer-controlled automatic irrigation system with local rain sensors is used for effective control of the water supplied to landscaping areas which provides suitable micro-environments for different types of planting and avoids unnecessary irrigation during wet day.
