The Buildings Energy Efficiency Ordinance will be in
full operation on 21 September 2012. Following this,
all the prescribed buildings covered by the
Ordinance will be required to meet the relevant new
legislative requirements. To facilitate the full
operation of the Ordinance, the EMSD has launched a
new dedicated website for the Ordinance (http://www.beeo.emsd.gov.hk)
on 20 September 2012, where more information of the
Ordinance can be found. All the specified forms and
standard forms for the Ordinance are also available
on the new website.
