North Apartment

The North Apartment has a non-typical layout for which the living area is at front of building. The partitions in the north apartment are movable for effective use of space.

The north apartment features

The Institute of Vocational Education (IVE) developed residential gateway, the high speed PLC demo and the C-Bus lighting control with LON interface. It is designed to create a research platform for local institutions and HK based companies to show case home networking and automation technologies. The research area is created by the IVE in partnership with Echelon and Clipsal.
