Prefabricated Construction
The Pavilion makes use of pre-fabricated, modular flats within a building frame, some modules are come even with the fittings and M & E services. This result in a faster construction time, less disruption to community, a reduction of waste as well as better quality control - all of the external walls were installed a plus or minus two millimeters of where they were designed to be.
