For the lighting system, the Pavilion makes use of low-energy light fittings reducing over dependence on artificial lighting. The lighting system is regulated by control systems which will turn off when the natural light is sufficient.

For the air conditioning systems, the footfall thermal imaging cameras and the Honeywell plant controllers in accordance with the number of people in a given area. To minimize the growth of fungus in ducting which will affect the performance of air-conditioning, a centralized dehumidification system is installed. In addition, localized cooling system is installed to reduce the load of air-conditioning.
