        • The contestants will have to prepare a proposal related to bathroom products based on a briefing announced in the morning of 1 Dec 2018 (Sat).
        • In this race against the clock, the participants will need to do their best to design a proposal that meets the expectations of the jury in terms of design, functionality and sustainability. The participants will receive a recognized diploma issued by Roca after project submission, the design competition would definitely colour their career profile.

      • Sir Edward Youde Memorial (SEYM) Fellowships and Scholarships for Overseas Studies 2019/20 (Application deadline: 14 September 2018 )
        • The Sir Edward Youde Memorial Fund (SEYMF) Council is offering awards of Fellowships (maximum HK$300,000 per year) and Scholarships (maximum HK$280,000 per year) to finance outstanding Hong Kong students for overseas studies commencing in the 2019/20 academic year. Students who expect to commence full-time postgraduate studies in any tertiary educational and / or academic institution outside Hong Kong in the 2019/20 academic year and who meet the eligibility criteria set out by the SEYMF Council may apply.

        • Interested students should submit their applications directly to the SEYMF Council Secretariat.  The deadline for application is 14 September 2018 for students who wish to commence their overseas studies in AY2019/20.  Shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend selection interviews scheduled for January to March 2019 in Hong Kong.

        • For local students who are not 2018 JUPAS applicants, they are eligible to apply through Direct Admission- Non-JUPAS Applicants (10% Unfilled Intake Places).  The application period is from 10:00am, 25 August 2018 to 5:00pm, 27 August 2018.  Applications must be made online through the website during the application period, late application will not be entertained.  The application fee is $170.

      • Students are required to attend at least EIGHT Professional Seminars during their entire period of study, students are required to present all of their Professional Seminar attendance certificates to the General Office before graduation.
      • Professional Seminar shall be provided by local or international bodies e.g. HKIE, CIBSE, ASHRAE, or equivalent. The duration of a seminar is to be at least 1.0 CPD hours. Field trip or work-camp offered by local or international bodies shall be equivalent to at least 2 seminars (which will be accessed for equivalent CPD hours on a case-by-case basis)
