IT System
In order to promote "paperless" operations, all buildings are linked together with an underground service tunnel. Raised floor, dedicated IT ducts and equipment rooms are provided for each of the building to facilitate the installation and reliable operation of the telecommunication network. A high speed and wideband network up to 30Gbps can be shared within tenants to reinforce "paperless" communication. Moreover, each Park user was issued with an intelligent smart card for the right of access, reservation of facilities, billing of accounts "electronically" which eliminate the use of paper to a large extent.
