Prefabrication
Prefabricated materials are used during the construction process, e.g. prefabricated cladding, semi-precast floors, pre-cast beams and staircases etc. Metal formworks which can be re-used for other projects after cleansing are adopted instead of timber one to reduce waste generated in the construction process.
