Lighting Design

The lighting of all the buildings in Phase 1 is controlled by infrared motion detectors, photocells, timers, occupancy sensors and dimmers for the on/off and intensity of the lighting system to reduce energy consumption and to attain visual comfort to occupants.

Moreover, energy saving lamps is chosen to suit applications in different areas, e.g. energy saving T5 fluorescent lamps with electronic ballast are used in the office areas instead of T8s for better light output.
