Building Materials which are durable, recyclable, non-toxic, low maintenance and produced from ecological sustainable source were used, e.g. Non-ozone depleting substance such as R134a chillers and FM-200 fire protection system are used to preserve the ozone layer; roads are paved with recycled pavers; application of recycled glass ceiling tiles and insulation boards, low-VOC paint and flax core timber doors.
